Classic Car Buyer Terms and Conditions Payment – NO VEHICLE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL FUNDS ARE CONFIRMED. Payments in Cash, Certified Check, Wire Transfer or Credit Card. Vehicles - Vehicle descriptions posted in the catalog or on the cars have been provided by the seller and are assumed to be correct. This information is for your convenience, but is not guaranteed by Pacific Auction. It is your responsibility to inspect the vehicles and confirm any provided information prior to bidding. All Vehicles are sold AS-IS no warranty. All sales are final. Fees and Sales Tax - A buyer’s fee will be added to all purchases. Colorado residents will be required to pay applicable sales tax based on County and City. No sales tax required on dealer or out of state sales. Titles - Titles will not be issued the day of sale. The title will be mailed via US Post office Priority mail to the address you provide on the bidder registration form. Titles will be mailed within 30 days per Colorado Law. Notice- As a buyer of a vehicle at this auction I explicitly waive my right to any implied warranty as set forth by state law. These collector vehicles may not be fit for ordinary driving. They may not be reasonably safe or free of defects. This includes, but is not limited to, tires, brakes, steering, motor mounts, front and/or rear drive units. I understand that Pacific Auction recommends that all vehicles be inspected by a certified mechanic prior to being driven. Emissions- Cars manufactured before 1975 are sold as collector vehicles and no emissions test will be provided. Post 1975 cars are either already tested or a year of manufacturer appropriate emission test voucher will be provided if your county requires such testing. No Emissions will be provided for out of state buyers. Pick Up- If needed, Vehicles can be stored indoors and picked-up during business hours until 3:00 pm Tuesday May 31st. Vehicles left beyond the designated dates may be towed at buyer’s expense and stored outdoors at a nearby location. No vehicles can be picked up Sunday May 29th. Shipping- Purchaser must set up shipping for vehicles. PAC is willing to suggest a few car haulers if you are unable to find one you prefer.
