German Porcelain Figurines by Dresden Lace
Three (3) German Porcelain Figurines by Dresden Lace. Dresden figurines are collectible and delicate examples of beauty. Created in Germany, these sculptures were modeled after Meissen ware, a type of figurine developed in Meissen, Germany. The figures that were created in Dresden, however, became infinitely better known. Frilly dresses and demure faces are all reproduced in great detail within the figurines. The bright glazes and detailed accents make these porcelain pieces highly sought after and prized for their depictions of 19th century life. Dresden Germany figurines offer a glimpse into the Victorian era as seen in Europe, with fancy dress.
