Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 4939. Receiver has 3 eagle proofs: 6, 33 & 6. Bbl. 4" w/ blank chamber. SM. marked parts have eagle 6 proof including grip screws. Matching numbered parts w/ some being very faint due to arsenal refinish. Matching numbered & proofed grips. Frame under side plate stamped "U". Side of frame under grips parallel to safety bar stamped "705". MAGS: 1 fair to good appearing, tin plated, 8 rd. mag. w/ dull finish, 2 spots of cleaned oxidation & couple of minor dents. Cleaned oxidized appearing aluminum base marked "1/256/" eagle 6. CONDITION fair to good bore w/ even, fine pitting in grooves. Sm. chip in rim of matching numbered toggle pivot. Overall good appearing grips w/ some spots of wear; mostly on right. Good plus overall appearance w/ gray thinning appearing in grip area. Slight high point holster wear; most noticeably on front of frame, side plate & at muzzle. Hold open particular as to mag. compatibility. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 1079. Somewhat scarce model of only 10,000 - 12,000 mfg. by Jewish owned Simson Co. All matching numbers including firing pin, rear toggle pivot & grips. Receiver has Waffen 6 (2) & 81 proofs. MAGS:1 very good blued 8 rd. mag. w/ slight peppery oxidation & aluminum base marked "6161/v/Waffen 63". CONDITION: good to very good bore w/ light wear & slight hint of frosting in grooves. Very good light colored grips. Good to very good overall finish w/ an occasional sm. spot of peppery oxidation. DWM MODEL 1902 CARBINE LUGER SEMI AUTO PISTOL.

Cal. 30 Luger. S# 21988. Bbl. 11 34/". Rare model as only approx. 2500 mfg. Does not have "GERMANY" or any other import/export mark. Chamber is blank. S# w/in first block of 21200-22100. Receiver has Crown B U proofs. Bbl. has Crown BUG proofs. Crown B on left side breech block; crown U on right. Crown B U on left side of front toggle. Matching numbers on receiver, breech block, trigger, takedown lever, side plate, grips, forend, grip safety, toggles, & bbl. Forend has appropriate swivel, full pattern checkering w/ dividing line at middle of bottom, schnabel tip, internal spring recoil reducer & wedge retainer. Fire blue on wedge, recoil reducer assembly w/in forend, toggle pins & toggle latch. Appropriate internal areas in the white including firing pin channel w/in breech block. MAGS: 1 good to very good, blued, 8 rd. mag. w/ unmarked wood base; normally tin plated. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: very nice carbine buttstock assembly w/ matching numbered attachment iron (988). Attachment iron possibly refinished w/ slight matte appearance; especially to sides & bottom tang. Latching lever has light wear w/ graying appearance. Near excellent fit to pistol. Black grooved buttplate w/ Widow's Peak & indexed fire blued screws. Very good checkered panels w/ extremely light hand wear throughout, but rub mark along toe line. Gray appearing butt swivel. Numerous light handling marks throughout & sm. chip at bottom front of right side. Has overall appearance of older refinish w/ somewhat smooth lines on right side forward of checkering. Fitment of stock iron has minor gap at bottom right front & stock is proud on on bottom tang; slightly on top tang. CONDITION: near excellent bore. Very good to excellent overall original finished example that would be very difficult to improve upon. Very nice straw colors w/ only real noticeable fading being on thumb safety, which has especially polished bright section. Only faint traces of fire blue on exposed portions of wedge. Two very sm. dents on left side of forend extension. Very good grips w/ light hand wear to diamond tops. Leading edges on underside of trigger guard extending down front strap & onto butt have faded gray appearance; especially front strap. Backstrap has gray appearing high point wear around leading edges of grip safety & high points of stock lug. Bbl. has faint rub marks at front of forend area from recoil operation. Light finish loss around muzzle, top of front sight & high points of rear sight assembly. Few faint spots of peppery oxidation on front 3" of bbl.; mostly visible on left side. Right side of bbl. 2 1/2" forward of sight base has 1/4" circle w/ gray appearing cleaned spot of light pitting; 1 more very sm. spot 3/4" inches from that having just dull appearance. Very light minimal rub marks at rear of receiver from operation. Very light high point wear to side plate. Especially fine appearing interior including firing pin bore of breech block. Occasional sm. spot of pinprick oxidation such as on left frame flat. General high points of frame & receiver have very faint thinning. Overall an exceptional original finished carbine. (16-2524/NW). 1906 ROYAL PORTUGUESE NAVY LUGER SEMI AUTO PISTOLS. BOTH: Cal. 9mm Luger. Each gun has matching numbered bbl., receiver, extractor marked "CARREGADA", toggles, trigger, side plate & takedown lever. Each have MP proof plus crown & anchor over chamber. Rare once in a lifetime opportunity for very low numbered consecutive group of extremely rare shipment order w/in S# range 1-1000; 769 highest number known. 1) S# 63. Matching numbered grip safety. Gas grooved firing pin numbered "35" (faint, very pitted). Nice figured unnumbered replacement left grip; right numbered "048". MAGS: 1 fair, gray patina finished, 8 rd. mag. w/ cleaned surfaces & good plus unmarked wood base. CONDITION: very good bright bore w/ hint of wear. Bbl., receiver & toggle assembly have good plus appearance w/ scattered peppery oxidation. Stained in the white appearance to ejector. Faint straw colors on frame parts, except safety w/ dark patina appearance. Frame has scattered peppery oxidation throughout along w/ high point wear; grip area has more oxidation. Sides of frame under grips noticeably pitted; especially near bottom. Side plate has original appearing finish w/ metallic edge marks, moderate pitting & high point wear. Light peened spot at right rear of receiver. (14-6850/NW). 2) S# 62. Grip safety heavy pitted; cannot tell if matching. Unnumbered firing pin. Very dark unmarked grips. MAGS: 1 fair tin plated 8 rd. mag. w/ cleaned oxidation & good wood base marked "1/7302". CONDITION: right grip has full length crack in groove on back side. Exterior has heavy wear & marks. Back of grip is noticeably lighter. Left grip w/ much hand wear & noticeable chip by safety lever. Both grips loose fit to frame. Fair bore w/ wear & frosting throughout. Hint of straw colors although very faded w/ gray patina tone; thumb safety appears blued. Clear numerals & markings. Fair overall appearance having mixture of much peppery oxidation, high point wear & some patina; most deficient in grip area. Sides of frame heavily pitted under grips including grip safety. (14-6880/NW). 3) S# 64. Checkered walnut grips. All matching numbers on parts except unmarked replacement grips & firing pin. MAGS: 1 good plus, tin plated, 8 rd. mag. w/ sm. dent on lower front left & wood base (sm. diagonal crack at spine) marked crown "G/2/5818/R". CONDITION: near excellent grips w/ nice figure. Very good bore w/ light wear. Extremely faint straw colors w/ cleaned patina appearance; ejector missing. Very good appearing in the white interior areas w/ abundant grease. Pistol w/ blank chamber & V suffix S# associated w/ group of contract (157 total) June 1937 w/in 4301v-4350v (THE LAST ONE OF THE SERIES!); balance in two other S# blocks during mid 1930s. Grip safety numbered "31". Matching numbers on bbl., receiver, sear, side plate, trigger, takedown lever & complete toggle assembly including gas grooved firing pin plus rear toggle pivot. Right grip screw has crown proof. MAGS: 1 good, tin plated, 8 rd mag. w/ occasional spots of light cleaned oxidation. Aluminum base marked "1/5030/eagle swastika D". Light impact marks around perimeter of dimples; mostly right. CONDITION: good bore w/ light wear & very light pitting in grooves. Near excellent replacement grips; right grip slightly loose. Good faded straw colors w/ gray stained appearance; ejector best appearing. Sides of frame under grips (including grip safety) are moderately pitted. Light pitting on right side of frame in recess above grip. Arsenal refinished w/ interior areas appropriately in the white. Scattered areas of pinprick oxidation & edges of frame (especially grip area) have very light prior oxidation appearance. Upper assembly very good appearing w/ typical high point wear; especially near muzzle (also has faint pitting). Two very light impact marks at left rear of receiver. Bottom of replacement bbl. has "8.82" & Luftwaffe 2 proof. Parts numbered 24 include trigger, back of sideplate, back of takedown lever, bottom of toggles & left side of breechblock. Correct fine checkered plastic grips w/ borders. Appropriate interior areas in the white. Correct receiver proofs. MAGS: fair tin plated 8 rd. mag. w/ noticeable cleaned oxidation on left side & spine. Follower binds; cannot depress w/ thumb button. Matching numbered aluminum base w/ Luftwaffe 2 proof. CONDITION: very good grips. Fair to good bore w/ wear & even frosting. Frame appears original finish w/ peppery oxidation / patina appearance. Bbl. / receiver also appears original finish w/ peppery oxidation & beginning patina. Side plate has peppery oxidation w/ high point wear & area of finish loss appearing chemically removed. Refinished appearance to toggle assembly w/ spotty finish loss appearing from chemicals to include tops of: rear of breech block, front toggle & front half of rear toggle. Grip screws have patina appearance; 1 having slot damage. Luftwaffe proofed rear toggle pivot has retaining rim broken off. Safety lever & mag. release have fire blued appearance. All correct features including all blue finish & Waffen 63 proof marks. MAGS: 1 good, milled, fxo, waffen 37 & P.08 marked, 8 rd. mag. w/ aluminum base having scuffs & marked "6674/s". UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: fair to good appearing black holster w/ strap buckle latch having cracked leather on mag. pouch & scuffed appearance w/ colored streaks. Back of holster faintly marked P.08 at rear. Between loops marked "cdg/41" w/ waffen 101. Good plus loading tool w/ waffen 655 Good plus black belt w/ back adjustments, inked "135" & stamped "95". Noticeable wear & scuffs to SS buckle having eagle swastika plus in German "My Honor is True". Latch on belt marked "D&O". Belt appears to be for size 32 1/2" to 37 1/2". July 4 1945 capture paper specifically listing pistol, holster & buckle as given to Sergeant John Stasyszyn by 1st Infantry Lieutenant John G. Nickels. CONDITION: good grips w/ noticeable hand wear on right plus coarser checkering w/ average hand wear & handling marks on right. Grip straps have gray patina appearance as does majority of pistol. Trigger & thumb safety have very good blued appearance. Noticeable use wear throughout w/ noticeable holster wear on left side of bbl. near muzzle. Trigger guard has noticeable high point wear. DWM IMPERIAL NAVY LUGER SEMI AUTO PISTOL.

Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 6156b. Bbl. 6". This Imperial navy Luger has unusual medallion inserts in the center of the original matching grips. Other parts appear matching w/ Imperial navy proof mark visible on bolt, bbl. & upper frame. Two crown over M proof marks clearly visible on left side. MAGS: 1 original blued unmarked 8 rd. mag. w/ wooden base. CONDITION: overall appearance & original finish good to very good w/ scattered light oxidation on exterior surfaces w/ somewhat more pronounced corrosion present on interior unfinished surfaces as is commonly found on navy issued Lugers which were exposed to salt air. Virtually no straw remaining on trigger, but safety has remnants in protected area. Safety & takedown latch have more straw present. Wood base of mag. has become loose at forward edge. Grips are in good condition overall w/ bruising to the checkering & slight verdigris around inserts. Rifled bore good w/ typical frosting at the muzzle & in the grooves.(14-5961/JWK). Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 9129. Mfg. 1921-1922 (6,000 units) w/in S# range 4182-10181. Ordered by Netherlands to circumvent the Treaty of Versailles by being 9mm Luger cal. rather than 30 Luger. Frame has safety lever position "RUST". Extractor marked "GELADEN". Bbl. has appropriate British proofs. Dutch crown proof on receiver w/ individual Dutch proofs on components. Replacement walnut grips pencil numbered "18". Matching numbers on metal parts including rear toggle pivot; unnumbered firing pin. Front strap stamped "K.M.". MAGS: 1 fair, unfinished appearing, 8 rd. mag. w/ areas that look like black spray paint, yet not abrasive removable. Unmarked wood base. Metal surfaces appear power brush cleaned. CONDITION: poor to fair bore w/ very noticeable wear & even cleaned pitting. Very good appearing grips w/ slight grain. Blued ejector instead of straw. Remaining normally straw components have clean pitted oxidation w/ no color remaining. Overall fair condition w/ light pitting & active oxidation throughout; even on internal areas. UNMARKED CUSTOM 45 ACP LUGER SEMI AUTO PISTOL.

Lot # 2014 (Sale Order: 14 of 909)      

Cal. 45 ACP. S# 4. Bbl. 5". Scaled up version of Luger w/ attention to detail & superb machine work. Sear, grip screws & ejector appear to be original parts along w/ mainspring assembly including toggle stirrup. Trigger is very smooth & stylized. Checkered rnd. portion of takedown lever is actually half circle to clear side plate. Increased sized Luger style checkered walnut grips w/ bonded piece added to left grip to help secure location. Right grip has plain back w/ groove for follower button. Interior of frame cut for hold open latch, yet final work appears not done & no latch present. Takedown lever does not have detent assembly & is retained by contour of frame lug. Stock lug, but no safety; either grip or thumb. MAGS: 1 very good 5 rd. mag. w/ unusual bottom latch on base extension. Does not have follower button, yet appears it has snapped off w/ trace of brazing attachment remaining. Ingenious design that was not just a turned button, but rather an assembly that fit into follower. Extreme detail & precise machining to all facets of mag., which is in the white having slight gray tone to base & latch assembly. CONDITION: bore near excellent. Very good overall unfinished appearance w/ satin finished side plate that appears modified original Luger piece. Trigger will not fire pistol; appears frame trigger bar needs to have longer leg for its larger frame as sear will not release. Full number on bbl. plus "759" on breech block, toggle assembly, safety & side plate. "59" On trigger & takedown lever. Fitted w/ Ideal grips. MAGS: good to very good tin plated 8 rd. mag. w/ unmarked wood base. CONDITION: good bore w/ light wear & faint frosting in grooves. Slight resistance in toggle travel such that rapid hand release of same will not completely close on empty chamber; no noticeable cause. Cal. 30 Luger. S# 44432. Matching 4 3/4" bbl. w/ Sheard front sight. Receiver numbered 32 w/ Eagle over chamber. Entire toggle assembly matching, (non numbered firing pin). Other components numbered 32 are side plate, takedown lever, trigger & grip safety; all other parts not numbered. No stock lug. Extractor marked "Loaded" & safety position of frame polished bright. MAG: 1 stained, tin plated 8 rd. mag. w/ good unmarked wood base. CONDITION: fair bore noticeably worn & even frosting. Overall good appearance w/ beginning patina in grip area, typical high point wear (such as sideplate) & some peppery oxidation throughout (mostly on bbl.).
