Closed Lots
Table and Chairs
White Formica top table with a light wood grain trim around the outside. It is an octagon shaped tabletop that measures 41 in in diameter. On a metal pedestal style base. It comes with six rolling chairs with metal frames and matching wood grain arm and backrest trim. It also has an upholstered cushion and backrest. On some of the chairs, the wood trim is loose, but overall the entire set is in good, usable condition.
Upholstered Couch
Upholstered couch by Carpen. It is an off-white/light tan fabric with darker blacks and browns running throughout. Over stuffed cushion backrest. It measures approximately 90 in in total length and is 42 in deep. Was in home with pets and needs cleaned. All of the throw pillows as seen in the photos are included.
Arm Chair and Ottoman
Upholstered arm chair in a dark green fabric with matching ottoman. The chair measures 46 in wide and the width at the widest point across the arms is 42 in deep. The ottoman measures 35 x 24. It was in a home with pets and needs cleaned, but is in good, solid condition with no major wear or tearing. Manufactured by Cochrane furniture.
Pair of End Tables
Pair of wooden end tables in a '70s style dark wood grain finish. They measure 24 in wide, 30 in deep, and stand approximately 19 in tall. There are quite a bit of wear marks and scuffing, but both are good and solid.
Dining Room Cupboard
Lighted dining room cupboard that appears to be a one piece unit. The top section has two glass with wood trim shelves. One single door that opens for access. Some gold colored decorative work in the side glass. It is a dark brown wood stain finish. The bottom has two doors that open to a two shelf storage area. It is in good, solid condition. There are a few area where the laminate is broken off, particularly on the corners. A good, solid, usable dining room cupboard. Contents seen in photos not included.
Wrought Iron Table and Chairs
Round glass top table that measures 36 in in diameter. It has four wrought iron legs painted in an off-white color with a floral pattern decorative pieces. It comes with four matching chairs in a green colored upholstered seat. All do appear to be in good/solid condition.
Console Stereo
Zenith brand console stereo with turn table and AM/FM radio. It is a dark wood grain with and does have some wear marks on top. Louvered doors over the speakers. It is 64 1/2 in long, 19 in deep and 28 in tall. In working condition.
Vinyl Upholstered Recliner
Rocker/recliner in a dark green vinyl upholstery. Rocker and recliner mechanism are all in good, working condition. The upholstery does have some cracking from age and wear.
High Back Arm Chair
High back arm chair in an off-white with embroidered floral upholstery. There is some wear in the upholstered finishes and a well worn spot in the seat. Could use cleaned, but overall nice, solid high back arm chair.
La-Z-Boy Rocker Recliner
Dark green upholstered La-Z-Boy brand rocker recliner. Reclining and rocking mechanisms both appear to be in good, working order. Upholstery does not have any visible tears. It does have some minor wear and will need a good cleaning to remove pet hair.
Older Arm Chair and Foot Stool
Older Koehler Citation arm chair in an off-green upholstered finish. It does have quite a bit of wear to the fabric, but it is a good, solid piece and in need of cleaning. Also included is a light brown padded foot stool.
Curio Cabinet
Curio style cabinet in a dark wood grain finish. Used to display nick knacks and other collectable items. There are three adjustable glass shelves, two sliding glass doors, and glass sides. Overall dimensions are 32 in wide, 12 in deep, and stands approximately 40 in tall. All glass does appear to be in good condition and minimal wear marks to the finished surfaces. Contents seen in photo not included.
Full Size Bed
Older style full size bed with a wooden headboard with a sliding door divided three way for storage. There is a short wooden footboard and metal bedrails. Included is an older set of mattress and box springs and any linens shown in photo. Matches lots #114 and #115. Bed is in good, solid condition with some minor scratching and wear in some of the finished surfaces.
Upholstered arm chair
Upholstered arm chair with a white wood grain finish on the legs and armrest. It is a purple upholstery on seat and backrest. It is solid and in good, usable condition with only minimal wear marks, but the upholstery does need cleaned.
Older Dresser with Mirror
Older style wooden six drawer dresser with mounted mirror on top. It measures 50 in wide, 18 in deep, and is 31 in tall. The mirror itself has beveled edges and measures 48 in x 30 in and adds a total of 33 in to the overall height of the piece. Mirror does appear to be intact and complete with very minimal damage. Dresser is solid and all the drawers and pulls are in place. There are some nicks and wear marks in some of the finished surfaces. Nice older dresser.
Wooden Chair
Older wooden chair in a medium to dark brown wood stain finish. It does have a vinyl upholstered seat that appears to have possibly been refinished. Chair is very solid with wear marks in some of the finished surfaces.
Wooden End Table
Wooden end table in a dark wood grain finish. It measures 20 in wide, 29 in deep, 20 1/2 in tall. It does have a wooden shelf to allow for additional storage. It is solid and in good condition. Several areas where the laminate finish is loose or chipped, but nice usable table.
Sofa Table
Sofa table with glass insert in the top. It is a medium to dark wood grain finish. There is a shelf on the bottom for storage. It is 48 in wide, 6 in deep, and approximately 26 in tall. Very minimal scratching or wear of the finished surfaces and the glass is intact.
Wooden Coffee Table
What appears to be a wooden coffee table in a dark wood grain finish. It measures 53 in wide 20 1/2 in deep. It does have metal caps on the legs. Solid and good, usable condition with a couple of light water marks in some of the finished surfaces.
Wooden Computer Desk
Two piece computer desk in a medium wood grain finish base. It does appear to be a kit set. 41 in wide, 23 in deep, the base is 26 in tall and does have a keyboard tray that would pull out from underneath a monitor base. Side area for additional storage. The top section is 32 in tall and has one area with an adjustable shelf and a top shelf for additional storage. There is also a 20 in x 16 in shelf added to one side. Good, solid, usable computer desk.
Rocker Recliner
La-Z-Boy brand rocker recliner in a white rose colored upholstered finish. It has some wear marks in the upholstery, but no visible tears. It was in a home with pets and will need cleaned.
Wooden Desk
Wooden office desk marked Lea. It is a dark wood grain finish and has three drawers on the side for storage and a storage drawer in the knee hole area. It is 44 in wide, 18 in deep, and 31 in tall. Desk is in good, solid, usable condition with only minimal wear marks to some of the finished surfaces.
Queen Size Bed
Queen size bed with older mattress and box springs. It does have a hard wood headboard in an off-white color with a lot of detail. Metal bed frame. Mattress and springs are well used. Bed and frame are in good, solid condition. Lots #125-#129 are all matching pieces.
Three Piece Table Set
Two end tables in a dark wood grain finish. Both table have minor wear from everyday use. They are 27 in deep, 19 in wide, and stands approximately 20 in tall. Each has a drawer for storage and there is a matching coffee table that measures 53 1/2 in wide, 28 1/2 in deep, 15 in tall. All in good, solid, usable pieces.
