Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Innovative Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers Please do not Waste your time with $1 purchases, especially out of state. When you bid the absolute minimum bid on one item and win that item at $1 or less remember that items still needs to be shipped. It does not matter how small the item may be the cost will most likely far exceed the purchase price. Please do Not Buy 1 an item for $1 and expect us to cover part of your shipping costs because shipping came out higher than the cost of the item. Shipping cost have NOTHING to do with how low your invoice is on the items. Shipping cost are Fixed and we can not do anything to change that. If you are sending someone to pick your items up they must have a copy of your invoice and an agent for Innovative Auctions Inc., must be contacted prior to pickup and informed that a third party is picking items up. Risk of Injury: Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his own risk. No person shall have any claim against the auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. REMOVAL OF ITEMS- No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyers premium and taxes are paid. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time or day that we have arranged as appointment only. The packaging, removal and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Please bring any packaging materials, moving equipment, personnel to assist in loading etc. that you might need. Items not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned property. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AT THE POSTED REMOVAL TIMES. Bidders who do not pickup their items by Friday, January 27th, will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. Items will be sold to cover storage and re-listing fees. Auctions are a great way for buyers to get great items at great prices. Auctions are also pretty fun to participate in.
