Nothing is to be removed from the premises until it has been paid for. In the event that a dispute arises over the bidding, purchase, terms, conditions, or events of the auction, Wildwood Auctions shall be entitled to recover, any and all cost, expenses, and attorneys fees incurred, not limited to all appellate proceedings or fees for the enforcement of terms of this contract. Wildwood Auctions reserves the right to withdraw, pass, or re-catalog items in this auction, or cancel any winning bids.
