Cub Cadet Lawnmower
Old Cub Cadet riding lawn mower - Model 1015. Mower has 5 forward speeds, 1 reverse speed and a 6 position deck height adjustment. There is a 10 HP Briggs & Stratton motor and a 32" mower deck. There is also a grass catcher attached that does appear to be complete. Looks to be a newer battery. Mower was used all of 2016 mowing season and worked fine. Does come with original Owner's Manual. There are a couple of tears in the seat and some scratches in some of the paint.
Single Drawer Desk
Vintage style, single drawer wooden desk with matching upholstered chair. Chair is loose and does have staining in the upholstery. Both pieces have Queen Anne style legs. Desk top has 2 small cubbies for storage. Overall condition is kind of rough and has quite a few scratches and it is loose so there is some wobble in the desk. Overall dimension is 22" wide x 34 tall x 14" deep.
Vintage Drop Leaf Table
1970s era drop leaf table with a metal frame and Formica top. Table is in good, solid and usable condition. Table measures 36" x 22" and stands 29" tall. Each of the drop leafs add approximately 19" in overall width. Table comes with 2 vinyl upholstered chairs in a multiple green colored pattern. Vinyl is well worn.
End Table & Lamp
Round wood laminate end table with additional shelf for storage. Table is approximately 24" in diameter and is approximately 25" tall. There are 4 wooden legs. Table is in overall good, usable condition with only minimal wear from use. You will also get what feels like a plastic base table lamp that stand 44 1/2" to the top of the shade and is in good working condition. There is also a ceramic keepsake box with a rose pattern on the top.
Microfiber Couch
What appears to be a microfiber upholstered couch in a light brown to light green colored upholstery. Upholstery does appear to be intact with just a few stains here and there. No significant tears or rips in the fabric. Dimensions are 92" wide, 42" away from the wall x 34" tall.
Glider Rocker & Footstool
Wooden rocker/glider in a medium wood stain finish. Rocker is very solid and in working order. It is upholstered in a dark green fabric that does appear to be intact. Also included is a non-matching glider/footstool in a light wood stain finish, also with green upholstered material but not a matching pattern to the chair.
Hidden Desk
Wooden desk that folds up look like a hall table. Opened up there are cubby holes and a pull out drawer for storage. The desktop pulls out for additional workspace. Turned wood legs with some wood carved designs in the front of the piece that does have some wear from everyday use. The overall condition is fair with some scratches and wear marks. It is missing a stopper from the top but the piece is solid. Overall dimensions are 35" wide x 19" deep and stands 33" tall.
Coffee Table
Medium wood stained finish coffee table measuring 45" long x 21" wide x 15" tall. There is a single drawer with drop bail pulls for additional storage. Hardware appears to be original but does need to be tightened. Table finishes have scratches and wear marks from everyday use. A good, solid and usable table.
Bedroom Dresser
Possibly antique wooden bedroom dresser with 4 larger drawers in the base and 2 smaller drawers in the top. Top has a recessed area for storage and/or applying makeup. Bottom 4 drawers are dovetail construction and have metal locks but no keys. Piece is a medium, wood stain finish and overall very solid. Overall dimensions are 38" wide x 19" deep x 45" tall.
Desk & Chair
All the items in the corner of the room including what appears to be a laminate wooden desk with pullout computer tray and shelf. Desk is in good solid condition and measures 35" wide x 19 1/2" deep x 30" tall. There is a black upholstered rolling office chair in good, usable condition. There is also a Tripp-lite power strip/surge protector, a cardboard file folder storage case, an artificial hanging lamp, a few books and other items.
6-Sided Table
Older 6-sided, wooden table with carved edging around the top in a dark wood stain finish. Table has 6 turned legs with a cut piece in between each leg near the bottom. Sides of the table have carvings, a carved edge as well as carved circles and other decorative pieces. Table is well worn but fairly solid. The cross piece does have some places where the wood has split and has been taped to hold it together. Overall dimensions are 30" x 30" and stand 29" tall.
End Table & Bookcase
2 wooden living room pieces including a dark wood stained finish end table with elevated lamp shelf above a storage area. Table measures 25 1/2 deep x 16" wide x 24" tall and is in solid condition with only minimal scratching or wear marks. You will also get a wooden magazine rack that measures 26" wide x 8" deep and is 27 1/2" tall. It does 2 slanted shelves for storage of books/magazines and one is divided. Piece has several scratches and wear marks but overall good, solid condition.
Twin Sized Bed
Twin size metal bedframe with a Spine O Pedic mattress and flat box spring. Metal bed frame is solid and has a curved footboard, straight headboard, both with a spindle design. Bed is in good, usable condition with minimal staining to the mattress. Bedding seen in photos is included.
Twin Sized Bed
Twin size metal bedframe that matches Lot #111. This bed comes with an older mattress, a floral covered box spring and the flat box spring that was original to the bed. Bed is in good, usable condition and bedding shown in photos is included.
Dining Room Table/Chairs
Believed to be a Keller brand dining room table with 4 matching chairs. Wood is a medium wood stain finish with some wearing and scratching due to everyday use. Table is solid and measures 38" x 49" x 29 1/2" tall. There are 2 table leafs that measure 10" wide on both. The 1st leaf fits in the table but is very difficult to close. The 2nd leaf appears to be a different wood grain but does have matching latches. Also included are 4 rolling arm chairs with cane back and upholstered seats. Seat upholstery is well worn but chairs are in overall good condition. There is also a table cover included in this lot.
Vintage Nightstand
1970s era Harmony House brand wooden nightstand with pull out drawer for storage. Top has an elevated section for additional storage. Overall dimensions are 20" wide x 16" deep x 27" tall. Finish surface does have some wear from everyday use. Metal based nightstand lamp as seen in photos is included.
Harmony House Dresser
Harmony House brand 4-drawer dresser that matches Lot# 113. Dresser has all drawer pulls in tack with only minimal scratching and wear from everyday use. Top is a laminate crisscross woodgrain finish. Overall dimensions are 38" wide x 18" deep x 44" tall.
Harmony House Wide Dresser
Harmony House brand 9-drawer wide dresser with mirror that matches Lots# 113 and 114. All 9 drawers have all the drawer pulls in place and dresser is in good, usable condition with only minimal scratching and wear marks. Top has been protected by contact paper and we are unable to see the condition. There is a mirror with beveled edges mounted at the back of the dresser. Overall dimensions of the dresser are 58" wide x 18" deep x 31" tall. The mirror measures 48" wide and adds an extra 31 1/2" to the overall height of the dresser.
2 Older End Tables
Two matching, older end tables with pull out drawers for storage. Tables are a medium wood stain finish with a slightly lighter laminate top. Both tables in solid, usable condition with minimal scratching and wear marks. Tables measure 28" deep x 18" wide x 21 1/2 tall.
GE Side by Side Refrigerator
General Electric side by side refrigerator/freezer. Model GSH22JGDDCC. Refrigerator has 5 adjustable shelves including 3 pull out drawers and 4 adjustable shelves on the door. Freezer has 4 adjustable wire shelves, a pull out drawer and 5 small shelves for addition storage on the door. Freezer has ice and water dispenser in the door and both are in working condition. Refrigerator is running at the time of listing and is keeping cool. Overall dimension are 33 1/2" wide x 31" deep x 67" tall.
Auburn Rubber Gingerbread House
Plastic children's toy manufactured by Auburn Rubber Company and stamped Gingerbread House. Toy has multiple infant themed play areas including a mouse that runs around the clock, a figurine of a guy that walks. When you turn a handle several noise-making things and other areas aimed mostly at a toddler. It measures 19" wide x 14" tall. There are several pieces missing but what is here does appear to be functional.
5-Drawer Dresser
5-drawer wooden dresser in a medium to dark wood stain finish. All 5 drawers have wooden pull knobs and appear to be in solid condition. Some chips on the corners as well as scratches and wear marks. Top has been covered with contact paper. Overall dimensions are 26 1/2" wide x 15" deep x 43" tall.
Cowgirl & Accessories
9" tall figurine in the shape of a young girl made from hard plastic with jointed shoulders, knees, elbows and hips. Permanent clothing in a cowgirl style with a shoebox full of what feels to be flexible plastic clothing: skirts, chaps, hats and more all with a cowgirl theme and all in good condition.
Older Children's Toys
Box full of play things for older children including platform sandal-style shoes, a wooden wagon, a plastic carriage and 2 older looking dolls in vintage style dresses. There is also a box of play kitchenware including cups, spatulas, spoons, and many other children's plastic kitchen items.
