Piano
Schiller Model EP Palencia (Spanish) Period Grand Piano 1930. A letter from the Wyman Piano Co., dated September 23, 1930, gives the history of this wonderful piano. The letter states that the piano was one of only two known pianos made from the Walnut Log No. 5376 and sold in Illnois, that came from the home estate, of the famous statesman of Henry Clay. The letter/envelope,Ten year guarantee with Serial No(Piano No) 83195, price list and a phamplet from E.B. Jones, Pres., of the Schiller Piano Company will all be included. The phamplet states " ... being on the ground at the time this tree had to be remvoed, as it was formerly a shade tree for the grand old colonial mansion, which was Henry Clay's Home". The piano is needing some strings repaired, tuning of course, other restoration may be required but we are not experts (see photos). The walnut is in good condition.(see photos). Portrait of Dran and Tani
Portrait Painting by Jan DeRuth, a famous portrait painter (1922-1991) .He painted Ethel Kennedy for the cover of Time Magazine. His work has been acclaimed for combining old masters with modern techniques and has been exhibited in more than 40 one-man shows in galleries and museums across the United States. DeRuth arrived in the US in 1948 and in 1955 made his debut as a full-time artist, we believe this is one of his earliest works after arriving in America. The work was exhibited by the artist in 1956 at the New York Coliseum. Mr. DeRuth titled the portrait "Sisters".Dran is in green and Tani is in purple. The original tag from showing is included. Measures 60" height by 48" wide. The painting was restored in 1995 by the Anne W. Zanikos- Art Conservator, San Antonio, TX. All documentation provided with portrait. This item is Local pick-up only.

Eastlake Style Parlor Set
Five pieces, loveseat, two arm chairs and two side chairs. All have original coils in seats with a beautiful red and gold silk upholstery. All are in good condition with usual wear. Local pick-up only.
Pair of International Silver Co. Candelabras
One marked on bottom 700/5 and the other is marked 700/3. Both also have International Silver Co. see photos). Remove the top half and turns into short candle sticks. Measures 13 1/2" at tallest point and 14" wide at top. Very good condition. Probably weighted silver plate.

Sterling Georgian Style Half Rib Tea Set
Georgian style half rib design. We believe this to be Gorham but unable to identify the marks. The short teapot and one creamer and sugar are referred to as a bachelor tea set. Teapot on warming stand with locking keys is for hot water and a smaller teapot. Seven pieces total. All in very good condition.

Vintage Yo-Yo Quilt used as a wall hanging, delicate with a backing that has been attached to wall with carpet strips. Measures . Will need cleaning but colors still bright.
