If you plan to pick up your items, please call us after the auction. We will ship your purchased items to the address on file Proxibid. Items will be shipped within 10 days of the auction. Shipping and packing will be done by a local packing/mailing company and non-firearm items will be shipped via Fedex or USPS. Actual shipping/packing costs +3% will be charged to the buyers credit card on file before we ship the buyers purchased items. Adam Marshall Auctioneers believes the cost of packing and shipping are reasonable. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is not responsible for damaged or broken goods during shipment. All toys online start at $20. Live bidders at auction do not have a starting bid. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All firearms will be shipped for actual shipping costs. Shipping costs include all aspects of shipping, handling and insurance. If you purchase both long guns and pistols, which require separate shipping, you will be charged for shipping for each. A copy of your transferring dealers FFL must be provided by email to Adam Marshall Auctioneers, LLC. Guns will shipped following receipt of FFL documentation and full payment. It is preferred to have A copy of your FFL license in our office no later than five (5) business days from purchase. If documentation does not clear, then gun or guns shall be resold and purchase price will be refunded minus 25% handling expenses. When the auctioneer declares the item sold, they become the responsibility of the buyer. The auction company is not responsible for your items if they become damaged or stolen. Everything sells in “as is” conditions – no warranties - all sales are final, no returns, or exchanges. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising. Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property.
