Please be aware that these are collector, antique, classic vehicles and it is advisable to do research on the vehicles prior to sale day. As a telephone/internet bidder you the buyer assume all risk when purchasing these vehicles. All bids are final at auction. There is no Buyers Remorse period. If you are awarded the final bid you own the property. All Telephone and Internet bidders must complete ALL Bidder Registration documents or items listed below. No bids will be taken from unregistered bidders.

All INTERNET bidders must be PRE-REGISTERED with GAA. Registration must be done 48 hours prior to the sale.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
- A 20% deposit of the maximum dollar amount you are willing to spend in total.
- Deposit must be received no later than the first day of the auction
- Deposit options:
- Check (personal or business check) - Checks must be received by GAA 72 hours in advance of auction start date.
- Money order
- Wire Transfer
- In the event that you do not make the winning bid, your deposit(s) will be refunded within 30 business days of the close of the sale. All unused deposits will be returned via check to the address listed on your registration documents.
FEES: Internet & Telephone Buyers Premium is 8% of total bid price of the vehicle. The buyer’s premium will be added automatically to the final price as noted on the bill of sale. All other taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
