Loading will be on Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and if applicable, Sundays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Any equipment remaining on the grounds after 7 days will be subject to storage fees or removed at the buyers expense Purchases become the responsibility of and shall be and remain at the risk of the Purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his bid. It shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser to insure his purchases immediately. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in this listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect of any such fault or errors.
