All Purchases are made 'as is' between Venusian Lore, and all participating bidder(s) and or their representation or representatives. There are no warranties unless stated on or with said items. Returns will only be accepted if Venusian Lore agrees with and concurs formally via email, or written letter, with the bidder. There is no money back guarantee on any item, lot or auction. However, Venusian Lore will communicate the possibility, or a compromise, between seller and bidder. This can be reached by trade in, a partial return, or another form of compromise agreed upon by (all) said Parties. All Items are sold as is. We do test and inspect all items and try hard, though it may seem impossible, to not allow anything that we wouldn't buy ourselves to be sent out to you. We use many forms of shipping services depending on the location the item needs to be shipped too, and other variables. Like where we are shipping it from, and weight and speed. Usually, it's either USPS, or FEDX, Occasionally UPS. We are quite fair when it comes to S & H, and we avoid hidden fees or extra charges on most transactions. Please keep in mind that there is always a tax on items purchased from California, we are in conformity with state and county law. If an item was purchased in Europe there is the occasional VAT.
