Final invoices will be sent. This auction will have a 16% buyer's premium for items paid for with credit card. All items paid for with cash, wire transfer, or check will be charged a 12% buyer's premium. All buyers using credit card must verify credit card information with the auction company within two business days after the end of the auction. A $10 incoming wire transfer fee will be added to your invoice, and $20 for International wire transfers incoming wire transfer fee. Auction company will not ship the larger items. All of the larger items must be picked up only at the auction site. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs. All property is sold "AS IS" , and all sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bachmann Auctioneers LLC. may attempt to describe the merchandise in no representations. In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements. Any smaller items being shipped are subject to a $5 per item packaging fee along with any shipping costs will all be charged to the buyer. If you do not want to pay this then you must pick up the items during the scheduled pickup times.
