Payment Instructions: Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours following the auction for your total purchases including Buyer's Premium, NOT YOUR SHIPPING! This is a pickup only auction. Innovative Auctions Inc., does not pack or ship items. Items are shipped by the UPS Store in Fairborn Ohio. Please contact The UPS Store before auction ends to get estimate of shipping cost and following the auction to arrange shipping at 937-754-9999. We do relay groups of items to them on removal day or following Monday. Please contact them with your billing and shipping information on Monday following auction. We do not see your credit card information and do not give it to the UPS Store. You will need to supply The Packaging Store with your payment information, name, paddle number and phone number and auction items were purchased. Not giving them paddle number or auction items were purchased can delay your shipment. Items not picked up or that shipping has been arranged by pickup day will be forfeited and re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing, Transportation to our facility and storage fees!! No Exceptions!! We want this to be an enjoyable experience, but, items being left cause us to have to send trucks and employees to pick it up left items. We also have to pay employees to re-list the items. We prefer buyers to pick up or have items shipped. We have no desire to re-sell items that someone has bought. Again, we prefer everyone to an enjoyable experience.

Shipping Instructions: All of our on-line only auctions are pick up only. if you are a out of state buyer we can recommend a local pack and ship company that will pick up and and pack and ship your purchases. We do not pack or ship in house and we do not charge for shipping when we invoice winning bidders. You will need to contact shipper they will get your payment information. We may be able to transport to the shipping company. Shipping and handling is handled by UPS Fairborn, Ohio. Please contact them before removal date of auction. We usually relay items to them in groups on removal day or following Monday. Please contact them prior to auction closing for estimate of shipping. If Items are not picked or have shipping arranged before auction removal date will be re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing, transportation and storage fees.

Special Terms

Registering for this auction finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. In order to bid at the auction all Bidders must be signed up and register to bid through Proxibid.com. There is no fee to register, although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. By bidding you are representing to Innovative auctions Inc.,(Auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated DO NOT BID or you will be bound by those terms and conditions. By bidding you agree to all disclosures. All property is sold as-is?, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to public inspection by appointment. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Innovative Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representation as to accuracy. In no event shall Innovative Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. If we are selling coins we do not have the coins graded. You need to use your best judgement in determining grade. Additional images can be added to the listings if further inspection is needed. Just email the lot numbers that you want additional images taken of and we will post them in the online catalogue and/or email you directly. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Innovative Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Innovative Auctions is providing internet On-line only auctions as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Innovative Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid no less than 24 hours before the auction begins. Innovative Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers Please do not Waste your time with $1 purchases, especially out of state. When you bid the absolute minimum bid on one item and win that item at $1 or less remember that items still needs to be shipped. It does not matter how small the item may be the cost will most likely far exceed the purchase price. Please do Not Buy 1 an item for $1 and expect us to cover part of your shipping costs because shipping came out higher than the cost of the item. Shipping cost have NOTHING to do with how low your invoice is on the items. Shipping cost are Fixed and we can not do anything to change that. Please be aware that you are about to participate in the auction sale of personal or real property. This type of sale is much different than your purchase of property at a retail store or from another type of merchant. There are absolutely no guarantees of the quality or condition of the items for sale or that the item will be suitable for your particular purposes. If you are sending someone to pick your items up they must have a copy of your invoice and an agent for Innovative Auctions Inc., must be contacted prior to pickup and informed that a third party is picking items up. Risk of Injury: Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his own risk. No person shall have any claim against the auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. REMOVAL OF ITEMS- No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyers premium and taxes are paid. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time or day that we have arranged as appointment only. The packaging, removal and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Please bring any packaging materials, moving equipment, personnel to assist in loading etc. that you might need. Items not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned property. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AT THE POSTED REMOVAL TIMES. Bidders who do not pickup their items at the scheduled time or arrange shipping by removal date will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. Items will be sold to cover storage and re-listing fees. Auctions are a great way for buyers to get great items at great prices. Auctions are also pretty fun to participate in. Innovative Auctions Inc. wants our bidders to have fun participating in ourr auctions. We want you to get great deals.
