This auction contains items from three (3) estates which are not subject to sales tax. All other items will be assessed TN sales tax at a rate of of 9.75%. Items will be marked accordingly. Pick-up is available on Friday, July 7th from 3:00pm – 6:00pm (central) or by pre-approved appointment ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by 3:00pm on July 17, 2017 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded.
