Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of invoice. All accounts are payable to Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc., in U.S. funds, via credit card, money order or cashier's check. SHIPPING & REMOVAL - Buyer will be responsible for removal or freight of their purchase. Any items left following the pickup up times provided will be forfeited at the buyers expense. If the equipment requires dismantling, purchaser must provide proof of liability insurance. No torches will be allowed for equipment removal/demolition.
