LOCAL PICK UP: Pick Up is available at specified pick up date(s) and times only. If you wish to pick your items up you must notify Baileys Honor (following receipt of your auction invoice email) as all items are either pre-sorted prior to pick up or prepped for shipping. 3% Cash discount is available at local pickup (cash only - not checks). INVOICE PROCESS: Approximately 1 hour following the close of the last item in the auction, you will receive and email with attached invoice from Baileys Honor. Your invoice will include your purchases, plus buyers premiums, and any taxes (if you are a Wisconsin resident) SALES TAX: Wisconsin residents will pay sales tax of 5.1% if you do not have a WI resale number on file with Baileys Honor. Out of state pick ups are required to pay Wisconsin sales tax unless you have a resale number on file also. SHIPPING: Items being shipped are picked up but not released for shipping until payment has been processed. Shipper receives approval from Baileys Honor prior to shipping. Shipping is a separate transaction between buyer and shipper. We utilize UPS store. All items are shipped with insurance and tracking (no exceptions). We do not share credit card information! It is something you need to do directly with them for security purposes. Please take care of your shipping within 48 hours after you've received your paid invoice. Your invoice will include contact information for the shipper and when they will have your item(s). NON-PAYMENT: Failed credit card attempts via the Proxibid payment network will be charged a $25 processing fee. If you are not picking up locally please make sure your credit card on file with Proxibid is up to date and has sufficient funds for your purchases. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. All non-paying buyers are reported to Proxibid 7 days after close of auction and blocked for any future Baileys Honor auction transactions, and potentially all Proxibid auctions. Bailey's Honor also reserves the right to block any bidders who are unable to comply with the terms/conditions/policies of our auctions.

The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wisconsin. Should a dispute arise between Baileys Honor Auction Estate Service and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid to them at the address they provided to register. You'll receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Baileys Honor within 60 minutes of close of auction. This email will include your invoice and instructions for pick up.
18% buyers premium added to final bid price.
There is 5.1% sales tax for Wisconsin residents (or picking up from out of state).
We accept cash (pick up only), local check with photo ID up to $200 (pick up only), Online - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
All unpaid buyer invoices will be charged to the buyer's credit card on file with the Proxibid APN system FOLLOWING LOCAL PICK UP SESSION(S).
Declined credit cards via the APN Network will be charged a $25 processing fee. Please make sure the card you have on file is good and has sufficient funds, or make payment with our alternate payment network at http://baileyshonor.com BEFORE the final pick up session (This applies to buyers requiring shipping).

HOW DOES THIS TWO DAY AUCTION EVENT WORK?

For very large auctions we like to split them into two manageable days. They are actually two separate auctions in Proxibid that we combine into one for preview, payment, pick up and shipping. For this 2 day event there are about 1000 lots split into two 500 lot auctions.

Things to know about our two day events:

The auctions are linked so that when you register for one, you are registered for the other automatically.
You receive an updated invoice for each night whether you participate in the second auction or not.
At the conclusion of the second night these auctions are combined and treated as one for pick up, shipping, and payment.
There are usually two pick up sessions - you can pick up all of your items from both auctions at either pick up session.
Do not think that day two is lesser quality in any way - It is NOT, The auction is just too large to fit into one.
