PREVIEW DATE & TIMES: Anyone wishing to preview the items up for auction is encouraged to contact the auction company to set up a preview time. All American Sales & Auctions, LLC encourages bidders to take advantage of the preview times or to call/ email with any questions or concerns about an item PRIOR to bidding. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the age, condition, value, genuineness, and any other determinative factor about an item. SALES TAX: Sales tax will be applied according to local, state, and federal regulations. Winning bidders who are tax exempt must provide their tax exempt number to the auctioneer prior to invoicing. A $500 fee/per week will be charged to the winning bidders credit card for each item not picked up by November 19th. After 30 days, these items will become the property of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC. No refunds, credits or charge back’s will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times.
