Buyer is responsible for providing all labor, material, insurance and equipment (fork lifts, dollies, ladders, tools, etc.) to properly execute removal and Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related thereto. Buyer is solely responsible to provide any personnel, equipment or material needed to pick up purchases and shall for the assume all responsibility for the removal of any item of property purchased at the same and any and all risks associated with such removal including, without limitations, the responsibility for providing licensed and bonded professionals to ensure proper water, gas and/or power disconnections, and full financial responsibility for any damage or liability to persons or property resulting from any negligent pick-up and removal. Winning bidder will be responsible for all costs for storage, removal and disposal of purchased items not picked up or left behind, no exceptions. Nothing is to be removed from the premises until it has been paid for. All sales that are subject to 7.0% FL state sales tax where applicable, must be paid at time of transaction closing. The decision of the Auctioneer is final and absolute. The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of a dispute. REMOVAL: All items must be removed from the auction site no later than the date specified in our terms. Removal shall be at the risk, expense and liability of the purchaser. No items can be removed without presenting proper evidence of paid bills of sale. Payments will be charged directly to your proxibid account. Otherwise, payment can be made when you arrive for pick-up with cash or card. You will be charged the cost of the item/items, plus 15% Buyer's premium, and any applicable taxes. No items shall be removed until payment is received in FULL.
