Payment Instructions: Payment must be made by 6pm on Tuesday, Dec. 12th (pick up day) regardless of when you are picking up or having delivered. Buyers may pay by cash, check or credit card on pick up day, or may call 715-657-0078 on Monday the 11th to have a credit card charged. Please also call ahead if you're sending someone else to pick up for you. Bad checks and bad credit/debit cards waste everyone's time. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account and that your credit card information is current. We may charge a fee of up to $50 for bad checks or credit/debit cards, with the fee being commensurate to the collection efforts. A Bidder who chooses not to cooperate in resolving a nonpayment issue will be turned over to Proxibid and may ultimately be banned from the entire Proxibid system. Seller may choose to pursue payment through legal proceedings. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card chargebacks and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any dispute or claim.
