Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle, #538082B, .44-40 cal., 26'' round barrel, blue finish, smooth straight walnut stock and forend, with non-factory buckhorn rear s...moreight and iron bead front sight. Mfg'd 1899. Condition is good. Rifle exhibits light pitting in spots and little of its original finish. Lever screw is a later replacement. Bronze cartridge lifter is re-marked ''44 cal/WCF'', and dustcover is a slightly thicker than standard replacement. Stock has been sanded and fits below the tang level at its most forward portions. Forend with losses along both top edges. Action is fair, as is bore. Est.: $1,200-$1,800. (C&R)

Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine, #963087, .25-20 WCF cal., 20'' round barrel, blue finish, straight grip wood stock, crescent steel buttplate, blad...moree front sight pinned to a fixed base, ladder rear sight, with saddle ring. Top of barrel and receiver are both Winchester proofed. Upper tang with correct three-line stamp. Barrel is marked on right side with two-line ''New Haven Conn'' address; left is marked ''-Model 92-Winchester-25-20 W.C.F.- / -Trade Mark-''. Mfg'd 1926. In good overall condition. Barrel and magazine tube retain approx. 70%-75% of what appears to be thinning and toning factory blue finish. Frame retains approx. 30% blue. Portions of the left side appear to have been cleaned over some fine pitting. Forend with thinning to the finish. Buttstock shows normal moderate signs of age and wear. Action and bore are excellent. Barrel with two-line ''Nickel Steel'' address that is placed close to the breech. Upper tang with ''U.S. Pat. Off. & FGN.'' stamp. Top of barrel and receiver are Winchester proofed. Mfg'd 1925. In about very good overall condition. Barrel and magazine tube retain approx. 80%-85% factory blue, with a majority of the wear being to the bottom of the mag tube. Receiver retains approx. 30% factory blue, the balance with a combination light gray patina with areas of reddish brown spotting. Wood with general mars and some darkening at the wrist. Barrel address, etc., are crisp and clear. Excellent action and bore; bore looks outstanding for its age. Est.: $1,000-$1,500. (C&R)

Upper tang is marked ''-Model 1886-, with two-line ''Newe Haven Conn.'' barrel address. Lower tang with serial number and two-line ''1884'' & ''1885'' patent dates. Bottom edge of buttstock is stamped in small letters ''C. Batty.'' In good condition overall. Metal surfaces retain little blue finish except in some protected areas, the balance left with a combination light gray and scattered reddish brown patina. Wood with an old refinish and shows normal moderate dings and mars from age and use. Factory marks are clear. Action is crisp. Bore with general surface frosting and nice rifling overall. Barrel retains approx. 70% thinning and toning blue; approx. 35% remains on the receiver. Top of frame at the Winchester proof has been hand checkered. Wood with scattered scratches and impressions. :eft side of forend with an approx. 1'' hairline crack, with some additional natural fissures at the buttplate. Barrel markings are clear. Top of frame with ''U.S.'' and flaming Ordnance bomb markings. Mfg'd 1919. Condition is very good. Barrel retains approx. 80%-85% high polish blue and shows signs of being refinished at some point, with thinning to the Winchester proof, as well as some blued small surface dents and scratches. Receiver retains approx. 45%-50% thinning and toning blue with well-defined factory marks. Wood with general thinning to the finish, as well as some darkening around the buttplate. Top of barrel and receiver are Winchester proofed. Mfg'd 1949. In very good overall condition showing normal signs of moderate field use. Metal surfaces retain approx. 93% factory blue with the majority of the thinning being to the lever and balance point, and shallow scratches and other small handling marks overall. Forend with thinning to the finish in the handling area; buttstock with several pressure dents, scratches, and thinning to the finish at the top edge. All factory marks are clear and well defined. Action is crisp, bore is excellent with nice rifling. Est.: $700-$900. (C&R)

Early 3rd Gen. Colt Single Action Army Revolver, #SA06063, .45 LC cal., 4.75'' barrel, blue finish, case hardened frame, factory black plastic eagle and Rampant Colt grip...mores, with standard fixed sights. Included is a Colt factory letter verifying configuration. Originally shipped in July 1978, to Inter American Import Export Co. Condition is excellent, appearing near new, with the exception of a small amount of scattered very fine corrosion on the first 1.5'' of the ejector rod housing. All factory marks are clear and well defined. Cylinder with almost no index line. Approx. 98% factory finishes remain. Case colors remain bright and vibrant. Grips have only a few insignificant handling marks, with a bright and shiny bore. Est.: $1,000-$1,500. (Modern/PPT)

Left side of barrel is marked in gold with decorative border ''COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER .44-40''. Bottom of barrel is movie studio stamped ''20TH C FOX''. Backstrap is engraved with scallop and scrollwork designs and also reads ''Wm. A. Taylor'' in gold cursive text. Mfg'd 1958. Condition is very good overall. Approx. 50%-60% toning blue finish remains, the barrel having an old refinish over scattered small surface dents. Frame retains approx. 70% fading case colors with clear and well-defined marker's marks. Grips with some shrinkage as well as surface dents and scratches. Engraving and gold lettering shows well.
