Special Terms: Contents must be paid for in full within 24 hours from the close of bidding. The successful bidder will also be required to pay a security deposit of $2,000 to be held by the seller until the property is completely vacated. Everything must be removed from the building by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018. Buyer will have the right to rent the unit beginning May 1, 2018 for a fee of $300 per month. However, the security deposit will not be returned until the building is totally vacated and cleaned out. Buyer will be responsible to remove all merchandise and garbage from the building at their own expense. A dumpster may be placed by the buyer outside the building, but under no circumstances can any merchandise or garbage be placed outside the building or dumpster at any time (has to be inside the dumpster or inside the building at any given time). Any personal papers or family photos found from previous tenant shall be boxed and promptly given to the auction company.

You will have the opportunity to inspect the best you can without dumping boxes or making a further mess. Bring your own flashlights, natural light coming from the open garage door will be the only light available.
