Shipping Instructions: All items to be shipped will sent by The UPS Store #3018, 2801 Wade Hampton Blvd, Taylors SC. The UPS Store will charge for packing and shipping of items and they do not ship or store furniture. Shipping costs and all other fees charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing payment information to the UPS Store. Address all inquiries regarding shipping to Katie at 864-268-6068 or e-mail store3018@theupsstore.com. If you have a shipment, please contact the UPS store within 24 hrs of the end of the auction.

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING!!! All items will be sold at online auction only. All items sold as is, where is and ALL sales are FINAL. There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid within 24 hours following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid 3 days after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit for shipping. Any further arrangements for items dropped off at shipper are between shipper and buyer. Absolutely no chargebacks for any reason. Any item listed as 'Local Pickup Only' must be removed from property during stated pickup day/time-anything listed as such WILL NOT be transported to the UPS store. PLEASE BRING HELP LOADING HEAVY ITEMS AND PACKING MATERIALS. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE HELP AVAILABLE.
