Full payment is due by Cash, Cashiers Check, Credit Card (Mastercard or VISA only), or Wire Transfer within 48 hours of auction completion. WE WILL BE ACCEPTING MASTERCARD, VISA, CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK OR WIRE TRANSFER ONLY State and local sales tax will be charged unless a properly executed sales tax exemption form is submitted. All property is being sold as is where is with out any warranty, express or implied. All sales are final. Inspect the property. REMOVAL DATES AND TERMS ARE LISTED BELOW. The removal of all property is the responsibility of the buyer. Auctioneer does not provide personnel for removal. All hand carried items may be taken out by buyer or their representative with a paid receipt. All items that need to be disconnected, disassembled, crated and or loaded must be done so by licensed and insured contractors including moving companies. A copy of the insurance must be provided to auctioneer prior to removal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
