If you do NOT wish your item(s) to be shipped or you have a change of shipping address, you must respond within 2 business days. Call 260-768-7616 or email customerservice@chauctions.com Step #2: We will package your item(s) and email an invoice with shipping cost. Once the shipping cost is added to the invoice, it will not be removed! Items will not be shipped until payment is made. Step #3: Once the invoice is paid, your item will ship and you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not submitted payment as of 4 days after receiving your invoice, you credit card may be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items!! Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions. **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.**
Preview Date & Times: Preview of auction items is available the week before the auction. Building hours are 8:00-4:30 EST Monday-Friday.
Checkout Date & Times: Payment will be expected within 2 weeks of the auction date. Items purchased will remain in our possession until payment is made. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 EST.
