Payment Instructions: A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales. Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the Auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is available on ALL items at buyers expense, UNLESS noted otherwise in the listing of the item. Please check the item description for each item if you are unsure of the shipping terms on that item. Buyer will pay actual shipping on each item plus a $7.50 shipping and handling fee per box shipped. We will combine shipping on all items that we safely can. We pack all items in house, however there are times we do not have the proper material to safely send an item. If that should occur, those items will be packed and shipped by the UPS Store in Macomb, IL. Those fees will be paid for by the successful bidder. Allow up to three weeks to recieve your items. We will likley have items packed and ready to ship a few days after the sale, but instances do occur, Please be patient.
Preview Date & Times: Preview dates for this auction will be 12th, 13th and 14th of June. If you have any other questions please call Blaine at 309-351-8192
Checkout Date & Times: Please allow up to three weeks to receive your shipped items. All items being picked up must be removed/picked up from auction site no more than one week after the auction date. Any items not picked up by one week after will be forfeited.

Special Terms

Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid. Registering through Proxibid requires a valid credit card as a security measure. All items sold as is where is. All announcements made at the auction shall supersede any prior advertising. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Kyle Kelso Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
