Again, owners do not know if all these assets work so please conduct due diligence and make sure the purchases are what you expect them to be prior to bidding. 4. Removal is buyers responsibility. Removal will be day of auction until 7 PM. Wednesday May23rd, 8 Am to 5 pm. Thursday May 24th 8 AM to 5 pm. Anything later than this date, you will need to call prior to bidding to make sure the Seller will work with you on removal of the assets. 5. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE - local pickup only. 6.
