TERMS & CONDITIONS There is a 10% Buyer's Premium Day of Auction - Capped at $1,000 Per Item Purchased - If you pay by credit card, the buyers premium is 14%, due to the 4% Convenience Fee for Credit Card Processing. All articles of merchandise are offered “As Is and Where Is” in units of measure as announced at the time of sale. No claim will be considered for allowance adjustment of recession of any sale based upon the failure of the property to correspond to any particular standards or expectations of the buyer; Auctioneer may state the year of manufacture of certain equipment, however it is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain, by his own means the correctness of year, model prior to bidding. The Auctioneer reserves the right to group, modify, increase, diminish or delete lots at his sole and absolute discretion. No lots may be removed until the conclusion of the auction; although, invoices are available for payment at any time. All lots must be removed within the time announced or posted at the sale at buyer’s sole cost and risk, and only in a manner approved by the auctioneer. All equipment used in connection with removal shall itself be removed with the purchased lots. All property is sold “as-is” and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. To enable customers to participate in our auctions on the internet via Proxibid.com, without the travel expense and lost time, buyers will pay an additional fee equal to 14% of the purchase price when buying items on-line. There is no fee to register, watch, listen, or to bid. These fees apply only to internet buyers. Taxes and fees are applicable to all buyers. No charges or fees apply to unsuccessful bidders. Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Wire Transfers accepted as Payment. There is a $30.00 fee for a wire transfer.
