All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is". All sales are final. Buyer is solely responsible for the item upon the auctioneer stating "sold" or upon the fall of the hammer. Buyer understands all items are located on an unfenced and unprotected lot with no supervision of load outs, or inbound & outbound traffic. Items must be paid in full prior to removal. Removal shall be on or by 5:00 pm, June 16, 2018, and is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Load out will be available for items approx. 2,000 lb or less on auction day only, and at buyer's cost.
