Payment Instructions: PAYMENTS: Bidder/ Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions listed below: Buyers’ Premium is 18% , 3% discount for payment by: cash, check, or wire transfer -Texas Sales tax is 8.25% with TERP tax 1.5% applying to those pieces with 50 hp diesel engines, or greater (all vehicle and trailer taxes will be collected at the time of registration NOT AT THE AUCTION) All vehicles with title are subject to $25 processing fee. All payments are expected within 2 business days fo the auction's end. The only accepted forms of payment are Electronic funds transfer (wire), is the best and most desired method of payment. Cash on the business day immediately following the auction ONLY, and Pre-Approved check (any checks over 500 must be accompanied with bank letter of guarantee) will be accepted in the office on following 2 business days after auction, otherwise wire transfer will be required. All major credit cards are accepted for purchases up to $2,500.00 USD. If your purchase meets these requirements, then your credit card will be ran the evening of the auction unless other arrangements are made with the auction company.

Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Please contact LEAP Auctions LLC for specific shipping and handling expectations. General requirements are confirmed payment in full, name and contact info for whomever is responsible for hauling and a bill of lading provided prior to pick up by any 3rd party transporters. No item will be available for shipping prior to the conformation of their funds clearing the bank. Any and all shipping and loading charges or cost are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. All items are sold FOB at their described location. If a 3rd party is being used then a signed bill of lading is required to be emailed to info@leapauctions.com prior to loading. There is the possibility of assistance with loading, however not guaranteed. Pick up will be available during most normal business hours with 24 hour notice, it is likely that other arrangements can be made, at the designated address for each piece of equipment. However, this feature is solely at seller’s digression and availability.

Checkout Date & Times: CHECK OUT / LOAD OUT: Pickup is available July 23-24 ( 9am - 5pm ) with 1 hour prior notice. If you must pick up outside of those times you must scheduled and pick up will be by appointment only.
