Special Terms: Pick-up by appointment only: you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Buyers should contact Auction Company immediately if you wish to pick up your items; otherwise it is assumed that the items need to be shipped. If picking up they must be picked up at the scheduled appointment removal time and location -NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. *Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
