Payment Instructions: THIS AUCTION REQUIRES A $500 DEPOSIT All payments are due immediately following the auction. The credit card that you use to register will automatically be charged for the items that you purchase. If you choose to pay by check or money order, once your payment is received all items will be held a minimum of 2 weeks or until your method of payment clears our bank. Any dollar amount exceeding $10,000 will be required to do a wire transfer within 24 hours (we charge $10 processing fees for wire transfers). If your wire transfer does not go through within those 24hours, your credit card will be charged 10% gross amount. If you are the successful bidder on an item and you fail to pay for it, you will still owe 20% to W Yoder Auction, LLC for commission fees. You are authorizing W Yoder Auction, LLC to charge your credit card a minimum of 20% of the gross of your item(s). Any credit cards that come back as "declined", the items will be resold at the owner's expense.
