Cashiers check and money orders will be made out to Cox Realty & Land Services, LLC. State sales tax may apply depending upon the location and state the item is sold. To claim exemption from Minnesota Revenue, you must give the sellers a fully completed certificate of Exemptions, Form ST3, using the "Farm Machinery" exemption. Bidder agrees that all items are SOLD AS-IS and they may not return any item they purchase. The bidder has the right and responsibility to inspect the items personally. Removal of items from auction site will be at the expense of the purchaser. Timed online auction lots will be closing every three minutes.
