All sales are final. All purchases must be removed from sellers property within 10 days following the end of auction By 5:00 PM CST. Each lot not picked up exceeding the 10 days will accrue a $25 Storage Fee per day for a Maximum of 15 Days at which time the Item will be forfeited with no Refund due /or owed to the Buyer.
