If the buyer does not pass a NICS check the firearm will become property of Putney Auction Service and the buyer will be responsible for the purchase price. You will be billed for your purchases, plus buyer premiums, and any taxes. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account that payment is declined/returned, requiring additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping! 15% internet buyer's premium. Shipping Instructions: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING/SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND COST. WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF PACKING AND SHIPPING. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS - NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS LEFT. Shipping is offered. There is up to $20 handling fee per package, plus retail shipping rates.
