Buyer is Responsible for ALL Removal of Items. LBA and EECO will have all items electric, gas, etc. unhooked and locked out and ready for removal. LBA will assist by offe...morering scissor lift and forklift only. LBA is NOT responsible for breaking down the machines. Special Load Out Requirements - Certain Items Require approved Rigger for Removal. LBA must have insurance certificate of liability on file. Rigger must be approved by LBA before tear down can begin. Overhead cranes will be reserved until Dec. 8th to assist with load out of heavy items. Forklifts will also be reserved until Dec. 8th to help with removal proves. Any questions please contact us.
