This is an Estate Auction and All Sales Are Final with No Refunds. We have done our best to properly describe items. It is the bidder's responsibility to verify condition, age, genuineness, value and all other aspects regarding items offered on this Auction. It is our sincere wish that you are happy with your purchase and we ask that you preview items and/or ask questions as necessary.
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bonham Auction & Appraisal may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Bonham Auction & Appraisal be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bonham Auction & Appraisal shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Bonham Auction & Appraisal will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Bonham Auction & Appraisal is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bonham Auction & Appraisal or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bonham Auction & Appraisal will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Bonham Auction & Appraisal reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise or have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of same, the Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any or all items consigned by the offending consignor.
As a service to anyone wishing to place bids in advance of the sale, we may accept bids at our own discretion by telephone or sealed bid using the forms we provide. A sealed bid must be received and credit approved in advance of sale date. It is the Bidders responsibility to establish credit before bidding, or we will a 15% deposit in the amount of total bids. (Deposit will be returned within 15 days after sales, if not successful). A sealed bid form is available upon request. Bids may be faxed to (317) 598-4436. We assume no responsibility for failure to execute telephone or sealed bids for any reason whatsoever.
Telephone bidders must contact Bonham’s at (317) 598-4435 by 2:00 PM EST the day preceding the auction. Bids may be faxed to (317) 598-4436. Any bid(s) received later than this date will not be executed.
All post- 1898 firearms must be registered in compliance with Federal & Indiana State Law. All buyers of post-1898 firearms must complete the ATF Form #4473 and be approved by a NICS check. Dealers and out-of-state buyers must have in their possession on the day of sale, signed copies of their Federal Firearms License in order to accept same-day delivery of post-1898 firearms. Buyers who act as an agent for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency as well as an original signed copy of the dealers FFL.
The Bonham Group, Inc makes no warranties or representations whatsoever and no employee or consultant of Bonham’s has the authority to do otherwise, concerning the operation of firing condition, fitness for use, safety to store, or reliability, of any firearm, ammunition, or parts. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased at Bonham’s is entirely at the user’s risk. The Bonham Group, Inc. expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the storage or subsequent use of any firearm or ammunition purchase from Bonham’s.
