Payment Instructions: Credit card is not an accepted form of payment. It is used for verification and approval into the auction. We accept wire transfers and cashier's checks from online bidders. Winning bidder will receive banking information. Cash, Cashier's Check, Check with Bank Letter of Guarantee, Tax exempt buyers need to have appropriate documents at time of settlement. Items from .01 to $500 incur a 10% buyer's premium. Items over $500 incur a 5% Buyer's Premium. All internet purchases will incur an additional 2% fee. Sales tax: 9.75% for first $3200 of purchase and 7% for the balance over $3200

Preview Date & Times: Auction yard is open seven days a week. Preview times are 9: 00 - 5:00 Monday through Saturday and 12:00 - 5:00 on Sunday
Checkout Date & Times: Checkout during auction and at conclusion of auction. Auction Yard open for settlements during office operating hours Monday through Saturday.

Driving Directions: We are located at Exit #64 off of I-24. Take a left onto Waldron Road and then turn left onto Charter Place at the light (beside Dollar General.)

Special Terms

All settlements are due by the conclusion of the auction. Settlements less than $10,000.00 are to be paid in full. Settlements greater than $10,000.00 require a 25% deposit on day of auction with balance paid in full within 5 days of auction. Any accounts not settled in 5 days will accrue interest and reasonable storage fees. Buyer's premium will be added to all purchases. All items must be paid in full before items can leave auction yard. Sliding Scale Per Item: Items from .01 to $500 have a 12% buyer's premium Anything over $500 is 7% Sales tax: 9.75% for first $3200 of purchase and 7% for the balance over $3200
