Pianos, organs, and accessories from Hurricane Michael with an ACV
of $100,000+! Date of Loss: 10/10/18. Inlcudes: 28 Digital Pianos,
2 Grand Pianos, 4 Organs, 2 Acrostic Pianos, and the following
accessories: 2 Key Flag Synthes, 2 Amps, 1 Foot Pedal, 1 Channel
Transmitter, and 27 Organ Speakers.
Circumstances surrounding the loss: Hurricane Michael caused a major
flood loss to the Insured, an upright instrument retail store. Water
came up 12 inches throughout the entire warehouse. The hurricane was
a massive hit with excessive winds and rain pouring in to the facility.
The rain water entered in to the structure due to a roof collapsing
during the storm. The instruments sat in water for over three weeks.
Mold and excessive damage to the instruments is present.
Removal Logistics: The Buyer may arrange pick up M-F from 9-3 with a
24 hr notice to remove on the agreed upon date. There are double wide
front doors, but no dock. The Buyer will need a 3 ton truck or bigger
to remove. No load out assistance will be available. The cost of removal
is the responsibility of the Buyer. All instruments must be removed
by 12/31/18.
