NO EXCEPTIONS! -It is the buyer's responsibility to contact TAC Enterprises by the Monday following the auction to confirm how payment will be made. -Non-Alabama buyers: wire transfers only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items paid for via wire transfer can be picked up immediately after the wire is received. -Payment options: cash, wire transfer, cashier's check, certified check, or money order. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED! -Alabama Residents: only Personal/Company checks from Alabama residents will be accepted & must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit or letter of guarantee addressed to TAC Enterprises with the date of purchase (auction date). Shipping Instructions: TAC Enterprises is not a shipping/delivery company. Buyers acknowledge that they are responsible for picking up their items by providing proper paper work or by acquiring their own broker. Loading hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm CST. NO LOADING on Saturday or Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS! No items will be loaded unless paid in full & proper paper work is provided. Any item not picked up within 30 days will become property of TAC Enterprises. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Preview Date & Times: Auction items are available for preview Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. On auction day the lot will open at 7:30 am.
Checkout Date & Times: Items can be picked up Mon.-Fri. 8am to 5pm CST. NO WEEKENDS! All items must be removed from the property withing 30 days. Any items not removed will become property of TAC Enterprises
