Registering for this auction finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. If we are selling coins we do not have the coins graded. You need to use your best judgement in determining grade. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid no less than 24 hours before the auction begins. Innovative Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers Please do not waste your time with $1 purchases, especially out of state. When you bid the absolute minimum bid on one item and win that item at $1 or less remember that items still needs to be shipped. It does not matter how small the item may be the cost will most likely far exceed the purchase price. Please do not buy 1 an item for $1 and expect us to cover part of your shipping costs because shipping came out higher than the cost of the item. Shipping costs have NOTHING to do with how low your invoice is on the items. Shipping cost are fixed and we can not do anything to change that. Please be aware that you are about to participate in the auction sale of personal or real property. This type of sale is much different than your purchase of property at a retail store or from another type of merchant. There are absolutely no guarantees of the quality or condition of the items for sale or that the item will be suitable for your particular purposes. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. RELY ONLY UPON YOUR INSPECTION OF THE ITEM. NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON WILL BE MADE. Removal is responsibility of the buyer. Please bring valid drivers license to confirm your identity at time of pickup. You will have to abide by all Federal Firearms Laws to receive your firearm. You will need to pickup your item. You will to have to pass the background check and abide by all other state and federal laws and regulations related to the sale of a firearm in order to receive the firearm purchased. There is also a $35.00 per gun fee for processing that will be charged by Vandalia Range and Armory at time of pickup. REMOVAL OF ITEMS- No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyers premium and taxes are paid. All items must be removed within 20 days of purchase. The packaging, removal and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Items not picked up within 20 days for any reason will be considered abandoned property. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal for any reason. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS within 20 days. Bidders who do not pickup their items or arrange shipping removal date will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. Items will be sold to cover storage, moving and re-listing fees. Moreover, If you can NOT pass the background check or are unable to receive a firearm for any legal reason under federal or state firearm laws within 20 days of purchase you will only receive a refund of only 75% of the purchase price. We will keep 25% of purchase price for handling, re-listing fees and storage. Please! do not bid if you think you are not legally able to receive a firearm.
