All items are in the exact same condition as we found them and have not been cleaned. The house was smoke-free, so no smoke damage on anything that we noticed. We are not gun and ammo experts, so don’t expect answers above what we can physically see on the items. Clothing all came out of the closets and drawers--nothing dirty that we noticed (If so, we will tell you in the description). DVD and tapes appear to be 99% in the cases. Books do not appear to be written in or torn. Any glassware that has chips that we see will be clearly visible in the pictures. Any furniture that shows items in them the items are not included, you are only getting the furniture. Coins and money are exactly the way we found them, ungraded, unsorted, and not appraised or gone through by anyone. We lotted them to the best of our coin knowledge. Could be silver, may not be, we are not coin dealers so we have no idea. Our description is merely a guideline describing it as we see it and is our opinion only. ALL SALES FINAL. Pick-up will be in Lenoir, on June 25th, 26th, and 27th (Tues, Wed, Thurs). Call or text 704-682-6968 so we can schedule your time for pick-up. Exact location will be on winning bidders invoice. Do NOT come any time other than your scheduled time as your items may not be ready for pick-up and there is limited space for vehicles. All items are listed as "Local Pickup" and must be removed from the property no later than Thursday. We will ship any smaller items that sell for $100 or more individually (NOT combined totals), such as coins and collectibles. Nothing larger than 15'"x 15"x 15" box . The shipping charge will be billed in a separate transaction. Any other items that will not fit in a box size of the above size, will not be shipped, it will Be Local Pick up only. The guns and ammo will be shipped if YOU arrange the shipping through Trivettes Gunsmithing in Lenoir. Bring manpower for heavy items, and hand trucks and tie downs if you think you will need them. There will be no help on-site to load large items. Please be courteous of the house as it is rented and any damage by you during removal of items is your responsibility. Any items not picked up by June 28th, Friday, will be considered abandoned and forfeited without a refund. PLEASE READ: At the request of the auction company, this auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf.
