All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. The auction is being conducted online based in Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of PA.
