All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. The auction is being conducted online based in Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Pennsylvania. Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
