TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION If you are the successful online bidder you will receive an contract the day of the auction. The contract must be signed and sent back with a deposit of 10% or $20,000, whichever is greater to be received by 10/11/19. Real Estate: • 11% Buyer’s Premium to be charged on Real Property to the online bidder. • 10% deposit or $20,000, whichever is greater, due the day of the auction. • Balance due at closing within 30 days of the auction. • NO contingencies to closing. • ALL closing costs at the expense of the buyer. • All taxes, both current and delinquent, to be paid by buyer at closing. • Possession with Deed.
