You are looking at an outstanding example of the car GM never built! A 1966 Chevrolet Nova convertible built on a 1963 convertible platform. This car underwent extensive custom body work in order to fab on a 66' front and rear clip to a 63' convertible.

The overall fit and finish is top notch as this entire build was done by professionals in the industry. The undercarriage shows how high quality the build is with custom sub-frame connectors and everything else being extremely clean and well presented. The car is sitting on very nice Hurst 15in wheels with Front 195/55/R15 and rear 205/55/R15 tires. The stance of the car is simply sinister and unique to the build.

Under the hood sits a nicely detailed 350 cubic inch V8 with all the right speed parts; MSD electronic ignition, aluminum heads, and a simply great sounding ceramic coated dual exhaust system. You will not find a single bolt anywhere on this car untouched. This motor paired with a 4-speed in a custom one-off convertible is breathtaking to say the least. Bolted on the rear is a 12 bolt Moser Posi-traction with 3.42 gears for a good balance of acceleration and cruising RPMs.

Riding on the original style wheels and hub caps gives an authentic, original look.
  • Under the hood is the famous "Thunderbird Special" 390 V8 mated to the C-6 select shift automatic transmission.  Only 4,403 two-door hardtops were made with this engine. Even more interesting is it was ordered with factory A/C. The motor runs strong and it was recently built.

This is a collector quality Mustang that will continue to appreciate in value as time goes on. The "S" Code option is rare and desirable making this Mustang a fast sleeper Mustang fans will drool over.

This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS is laser straight and has all the right features. The 69' Camaro would receive an extensive lower-body facelift that featured a newly restyled grille and bumpers, round parking lights and a reshaped tail. While the wheelbase remained at 108 inches, the '69 body looked longer, lower and more muscular than the 67/68 models thanks to harder lines. Exterior SS options also include black sill moldings, a special suspension and applicable SS badging. The black interior features houndstooth bucket seats, a center console with gauges and the popular horseshoe shifter. A 396/350 HP V-8 engine is equipped with an Edelbrock Performer intake, MSD ignition, headers and dual exhaust. This is a sharp-looking example of an American icon and one of the most recognizable cars ever built.

1942 Cadillac Series 60

Lot # 112

  • 31,620 Miles
  • Offered from the William B. Ruger Jr. Collection
  • Among the rarest of its kind, 1 of 1,684 built
  • Cosmetic restoration with specially reproduced correct upholstery
  • Accompanied by a copy of its factory build sheet
  • An outstanding potential CARavan automobile
  • CCCA Full Classic
This particular Series 60 Special was sold new by Bob Feferman Motor Sales of South Bend, Indiana, as noted in its factory build sheet. William B. Ruger Jr. acquired it from longtime fellow CCCA member Ray Levy of Frankfurt, Illinois, in whose ownership it had undergone considerable mechanical sorting, including a rebuilt transmission and cosmetic restoration. Once acquired, additional work was undertaken by Chris Charlton?s Classic Car Services of Oxford, Maine, to Mr. Ruger?s usual perfectionist standards; for example, leather was sourced with a grain similar to what was used by GM for the seat-bottom and seat-back upholstery in place of the original cloth. The result made a wonderful comparison to the V-12 and V-16 Cadillacs in the Ruger fleet as Cadillac?s most modern Full Classic statement in engineering and design.

Lot # 123

  • Formerly of the Richard L. Burdick Collection
  • Rare 225 bhp Thunderbird Special Station Wagon
  • Special order color combination
  • Texas built and delivered; a true Lone Star wagon
This 1956 eight-passenger Country Sedan is quite unusual, having the 225 bhp, 312-cu. in. Thunderbird Special engine seldom installed in wagons. The car?s data plate indicates a special order of Buckskin Tan, a dark shade resembling coral, and White, combined with light and dark brown vinyl interior. The latter features a cattle-brand motif on the seats, particularly appropriate for a Texas wagon. Built at the Dallas plant on 2 March 1956, it bears a Powell Motors dealer emblem. A freshened original car, it features Ford-O-Matic transmission, power steering, heater, electric clock, push-button radio, and wire motif wheel covers. Driven fewer than 80,000 miles, it presents very well inside and out.

2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class 3.5L Sport C350

Lot # 130

VERY NICE WELL APPOINTED MERCEDES-BENZ C350 SPORT!
  • 3.5L V6
  • 7 speed automatic transmission
The C350 Sport is propelled by the same 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve V-6 as its predecessor, with identical output (268 horsepower, 258 pound-feet of torque), mated to the same seven-speed automatic transmission. Its agility index, rooted in a chassis rated 16 percent stiffer, finally rivals that of a 3-series sedan when the asphalt gets kinky and the g-loads escalate. Although the suspension layout is essentially the same as the previous C350's, the system has firmer bushings, new subframes, and revised geometry augmented by new dampers that adapt to varying loads.
