However, we will describe the items to the best of our limited knowledge. Most boxes are approximately 5 foot tall and heavy. Some items are new in the box. Some are customer returns, store displays, or overstocked items. Some could be damaged, missing parts, remotes, screws, instructions, cables, etc. All items selling with no warranty or guarantee. By bidding buyer agrees to all terms and conditions. Buyer agrees to accept all charges for a winning bid placed on the credit card associated with your account, and you agree you will not attempt any charge back, contest, or dispute any amount for a winning bid that the auctioneer charges to your credit card. The auctioneer is not obligated to issue you a refund if you are unable to pickup and remove your items during the published removal times. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell, without notice any item that is not completely paid in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
