Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $35. If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check. Online bidders will pay a 10% buyer premium capped at $1,000. Onsite bidders do not have a buyer premium. Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee. Currency Type: USD Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs. Checkout Date & Times: All items must be removed by December 6th, 2019. Inspection: The property is available for public inspection.
