Visa and Mastercard accepted. Sales tax to be collected. All Units to be PAID FOR IN FULL ON AUCTION DAY by 5 p.m. All internet bidders must be paid in full before removing any items! Items have to be removed within 72 Hours. Buyers will need to take PAID invoice with them to clean out Storage Unit at the facility location. Buyers that have not paid will be turned over to Proxibid for non-payment. Auction Company will contact all internet bidders after Auction on Friday, Jan 10th, 2020 and invoices will be sent out following Auction. Bring a padlock to place on the storage unit and be prepared to have unit cleaned out within 72 hours of Auction. Storage Facility MAY rent the unit to the buyer if need more time. No Shipping on this Auction NO CHECKS accepted Refundable deposit will be returned to buyers once unit is cleaned and checked. Clean out deposits will be mailed out as soon as we are notified the unit is clean and empty. Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc will need a valid mailing address and phone number. Edward Johnson Auctioneers is not responsible for any lockers removed by consignors; from sale, prior to auction day.
