All Firearms must be shipped to FFL in buyers state. Local bidders may pick up firearms but must be able to pass a Nics Background check prior to transfer of firearm. Minnesota buyers will be charged sales tax. Guns Plus Ammo Inc. is not liable for any misuse of sold firearms. Guns Plus Ammo Inc. ensures the gun on the auction to be the gun that is shipped to FFL. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they can own the firearm they are bidding on in their state. If the firearm is rejected by the Transferring FFL the buy will pay shipping for firearm to and from dealers. Accessories may be shipped to buyers home unless otherwise specified to ship with firearms to FFL location. Guns Plus Ammo Inc. and its employees are not liable for any injuries incurred by the accidental or purposeful misuse of the firearms or any other auctioned items. Guns Plus Ammo Inc. and its employees will try to show the best pictures of the firearms and accessories condition. Many of the firearms were used as showroom models in our Brick and Mortar store, many guns have minor scratches and blemishes that have occurred from customer and employee handling. Please look at the pictures and description of the firearm before bidding. Many of the New Old Stock firearms will include the original boxes, magazines, choke tubes and other accessories with the auction but are not guaranteed. The used Firearms will be represented to the best of Guns Plus Ammo Inc. ability. Round counts and amount of use is not guaranteed.
